I'm in the central state contract. In recently a off the street fulltime feeder coverage driver of Ten years recently bid to a fulltime route. So, another bid sheet went up for coverage driver for feeders and no fulltime person wanted the job. So, as a part time air driver and preload employee I signed the bid and won. So does that make me fulltime? Also what should my payrate be as a coverage feeder driver ? thanks

You first have to get a CDL and make your 30 days. Than you will considered FT. The pay rate is as follows

    Starting pay 16.10
    30 Days - 17.25
    12 Months - 18.45
    24 Months - 20.75
    36 Months - Top Pay
