That is a large amount of money. I dont think someone is going to front that. Not sure what the numbers mean.

I would have to think that the down payment is a typo and is probably $11,500 with the balance financed. If it is not a typo then I agree that it is a lot of upfront money.

I have seen routes in my area for sale for more than $100k before.....that price also includes the truck/trucks.
