Just started working for ups as a loader. My starting pay is $9.19 an hour. Under the new contract, how much will my pay rate increase after my 90 days and on my one year anniversary? Thank you

You will probably be long gone before you see any raise from the new contract. Will be a LONG TIME before contract is settled if it happens at all.

Maybe I should've said "current contract". I'm not sure if anything changed since I've last work as a preloader a couple of years ago. I see myself working for ups for a few years while I am finishing school.

Should be .50 after seniority plus 1 year. Don't think you will get the 90 day raise as you will not attain seniority in time. They will bump you up to $10, but that's not a raise.
