Customer Counter Changes

Why is that????

I have no clue as to why, just that it is that way.
We also have no 22.3 jobs in our center, never have.

Same here, the clerks at the counter are non union and they have a revolving door of temps working up there. However the employees that shuttle the work from the building to the counter are union.
