How long does the manager stand there discussing that he can't sign between 12:00 - 1:00....my guess is the discussion probably lasts longer than it would take him to sign for the pkg. I would sheet it refused.

We should not be telling this driver when to take his break. Some drivers don't get home until 7 or 8 o'clock, so maybe a noon lunch would not the best idea. Or maybe he doesn't want to eat McDonald's cruddy food.

I would inform your supervisor of the problem, and let them make the call.
