I've been losing weight/eating right for the last couple of months then when I started working out a couple of weeks ago the scale stopped moving. At first I was like wtf, then today I started noticing the difference in the mirror & while I was walking up my driveway my jeans that used to be tight fell down around my thighs. That's when I realized I'm building muscle & should probably stop weighing myself.

I'm still trying to get used to the taste of spinache smoothies though...
