to thank your preloader
For the misloads
Get over it, newbie. This is not a company where you're going to get a pat on the back for doing your job. If you haven't realized that yet, you need to pay closer attention. Do you thank your drivers for delivering the packages that you load each day?
This is the second time where sarcasm has gone straight over your head
Yeea....I'll just sit back and wait for a couple of drivers to tell you what you can do with your "daily reminder".
Yes actually, less that goes on the PC the next day, I hate NI1's because I know I'll see it the next day.
Try 100 send agains per truck because they called the drivers back at 1pm because of a blizzard.
In that case, even worse is not the preloader, but the spa who must scan the hundreds of send agains, cross out the bad pals, and take them out of the truck to be recycled. Been there done that.
For what? All the bombers loaded label down?
Thank you for the house worth of furniture and the envelopes thrown through out my floor. I don't know what I'd do without you guys.
It's a game of hide and seek. I just get paid to play Monday to Friday
1029 punchout and will be bringing stops back today...god bless preload
Loaders rescan send agains in my building...that's why we have portable scanners and printers.
Thank you preloader for putting my air saver in the wrong truck. I enjoyed roasting my ass off digging for it.
Any time pal
Give credit to whom credit is due. The Preload management team. They have the power to reduce or eliminate most misloads, except they believe it makes more business sense to pay $50/hr OT then $11/hr to reduce misloads.
same here but FT loaders do it, which was my job. PC positioning, then center send agains. Don't miss it.
I do it when I show up in the morning and when he leaves for the day. I will also hand him a cold bottle of water on the hot days.
