Once we got a CACH load that had frozen after an O/70 leaked all over, that was fun chiseling 30 packages off the floor...

We had a trailer one morning where the shifter slammed the trailer into the building, tumbling massive amounts of packages, causing the door to jam. Didn't get that guy to open for about 10-20 minutes.

Must be almost as much fun as the flatbed pulling away with you inside still unloading the rollers

Oh, I saw this a few times. It was always funny to us on the sort-aisle but the unloader was never amused. One unloader was deaf and knew nothing until his conveyor was receding 15 feet behind him, a young female unloader freaked out and wanted the feeder driver's eyes on a platter after she stopped crying and a third took his supe's advice on such an incident. He moved a few feet from the pallets he was breaking apart, sat down and took a swig of water while his frantic sorter called for supervision. -Rocky
