Dear Investors: Fred S is a Lying Sack

I can't believe Fast Freddy is still peddling his used-car salesman BS that Express didn't screw-up Peak and that all is well aboard the Titanic. Never mind that the crew is leaving, the ship is taking-on water, and Giiligan and The Skipper have assured us that we did NOT just hit an iceberg. Luckily, The Professor is creating a replacement for DRA that utilizes coconut shells and string.

NOBODY who works for you believes any of it Fred. Your credibility amongst the workforce is zero. Perhaps you should concentrate your efforts on creating newer, more creative lies for the investors. Fred S...zero integrity, zero talent, and zero ethics.

Note, all of Guiligans island show crew are dead! If you think about it, remember the cruise ship that went down a few years ago, and the captain jumped ship and so happened to land in a float, hmmmmm, guess the question is when the ship is sinking, will our captain go down with his ship or flee for his life?

unfortunately, unlike that Captain Smith of a century ago, if his ship goes down, our Captain's float just happens to be a 500 ft yacht with all the amenities fielding a 65 person crew. He and 'Lovey' (MT3) will be just fine regardless of what happens.

We still have Mary Anne and Ginger, both of whom could out-manage Fred and Matt.

This makes me smirk. I too wonder if using hyperbole and superlatives makes individuals feel better.

If only those investors would listen to disgruntled employees posting anonymously on a forum somewhere without any facts or evidence to back up their claims of ineptitude among the leadership of this company.

The investors will find out soon enough for themselves how poorly managed this company is. And they can't say we didn't warn them.

You are truly clueless. It's a real eye-opener when people talk to Express employees and realize that about 80% of them are "disgruntled". Seem a bit high to you?

....and of the remaining 20%, approximately 15% really aren't entirely gruntled and the 5% that remain completely gruntled have somehow tapped into the last remaining stash of purple kool-aid.

Not at all. We predicted this months ago. This is the climate Fred has created to "right size" Express. Stockholders love the moves. Disgruntled employees are simply "part of the sausage making".

Agreed. Express is "twisting the thumb screws" so to speak. Until it's down sized to the appropriate size.

Yes! Please let me use your thoughts, feelings, and opinions (most all of which are arbitrary) to totally change a multi billion dollar company. The annual SFA's aren't enough. As for leadership, top tier leadership is fine. It's station managers who lack. And even then, the operation still gets done.

But not done very well. Get a clue on top tier leadership. You're way off target. Or is it Kool-Aid poisoning?
