Hey any Commerce City Co. employees that can fill us in on the mess that went on over there last Friday and Saturday???
I saw on 9news Denver that UPS management blamed the weather...UPS says 50,000 packages delayed by Denver weather | 9news.com

What I find odd is, that according to the news story, anybody not receiving their package can still get a refund.
If the problem was indeed the weather, wouldn't that void the guarantee?
