AMERICAN CORPORATIONS HAVE SPENT BILLIONS LOBBYING FOR THESE CORPORATE TAX LOOPHOLES AND REALIZE THAT THEY WONT GET CLOSE TO A 12% EFFECTIVE CORPORATE TAX RATE IF OBAMA ELIMINATES ALL THE TAX LOOPHOLES AND LOWERS THE CORPORATE TAX RATE.
