He's right. A trailer--like a double wide is considered a permanent structure but hard to insure. A motorhome while sometimes put up on blocks is a vehicle and temporary even if up on cinder blocks.

Even if the trailer is only attached to the building by a couple of chain binders Our Pink belt extension where the Air trailers are loaded is just a doghouse chained to the main building sitting on wheels with a steel roof welded over it. Can't see how that would be considered a permanent structure.
