Direct Deposit not in account - was working - account # one digit off in UPSers - WTF

Direct deposit not in account...have voided check stub and shows a direct deposit in UPSers...BUT, the account number to be deposited into on UPSers is off by one digit...How can a direct deposit account number in UPSers get changed by one digit when it has been working for a while? Who would be able to change the account number (other than me via UPSers?) Is this an accident? Trying to get in touch with sup right now, but can't figure out how it could have happened.

Did you call your bank? If the account number was off, but the routing number was right, your bank knows where the money is.
