Discipline and ORION ?

I've been noticing how many places I'm not going to be able to follow Orion when the roads are snow packed and slippery. On a grade you learn to work down and use momentum to get back up. Stopping half way up to deliver, then try to get going again, I foresee a few backwards slide aways happening.

I do NOT threaten people in any means.I made my position very clear, and in a nice voice, that I do NOT tolerate management performing any duties specified as "hourly" functions. That said how you view management is up to the individuals, myself,I do not trust them.

good thing you don't they might jump you and take your lunch money. ..:)

...and not knowing all of your "secrets", such as where you leave chasers in town...
The drivers who run my route all have (or can easily get) my cell phone number.

I refuse to keep secrets or hoard information. Doing so is a sign of insecurity. I don't believe in it. I will gladly share all the knowledge and shortcuts I have with any driver who calls or texts me asking me for help. Of course, if a driver is being told to follow ORION he will have no need for my knowledge. Because ORION is so much better. Right?
