I agree, it's really hit and miss. What I'm saying is, they charge $99 annually for "free 2 day shipping" but then, many times recently I've noticed them taking several days just to process the order, then they finally ship it and it's like a week from when it's ordered.

On Prime stuff? I have never had prime orders shipped late, they have arrived late, but never shipped late.

My data as a shipper support the statement that damages by UPS on MY packages are way up despite packaging being equal or better than 2 years ago.

I didn't sheet a driver follow up today, forgot about the damn thing since it isn't in board and I had finished call tags before lunch.

Worse case scenario I'm fired and go into the adult film industry while I'm still young.

Yes, on Prime. I've had some exceptional service and I've had some dismal service. If it's dismal I complain and get a credit.
