Really? Only drivers get it?

Even my daughter gets time and a half on Sundays at BJs.

If your regularly scheduled work week is Sunday, you do not get it.

However, like you said Mass may have a funny law. I know many years ago Reardon made a side-deal with UPS to move most of the combos from Sunday-Thursday to Monday-Friday. There was an outrage over it, maybe OT/Sunday pay related.

Quite possibly, yes. Look in your contract/supplement under workweek. Even if isn't in there, your seniority rights should be protected under effects bargaining. Call your union hall.

The preamble to Art 40 states that it supercedes any language contained in any suppliment, rider, or addendum.
Any Art 40 air operation issue related will fall under its language unless in direct contridiction of State or Local law.
If not addressed in Art 40, subsequent language in other articles and suppliments can apply.

It's great to live in the Bay State. I remember working in a paper mill before I stared working at UPS, got paid double time on Sun and time and a half on Sat. Worked 48 got paid for 60 hours.
