Disqualified for missed air

So my friend just got disqualified for 3 missed air packages. She had 96 stops and 34 pick-ups that day. I am wondering if this is a legit reason to disqualify someone?

First time she missed the time, or ongoing problem? If it was one time, then I think that was a bit harsh, multiple times, then as valid as any other dqing.

Sorry I just wanna get a little more info.

Did she drop air and forget 3 or only have 3 air and still didn't get them in on time?

Is she in an area that doesn't have a drop spot like a UPS store or something?

If this is a 1 time thing I think it's crap. If this is the second time then I can kinda understand. (Though I can believe the supes didn't explain what to do to rectify it)

When I started I was told and knew AIR was the most important thing.

I'm still not clear as to what happened. Did she get in too late and missed the air shuttle. She deliver them late? Either way, it is harsh but missing air is a huge no no.
