Does this seem ridiculous to anyone else?

Aren't those shopping channel recliners great? The boxes are so big, I've seen some customers unable to get them through their door.
UPS cannot and does not hold us to productivity! It's impossible to do so. The numbers they try to hold us to are fictitious at best and need to be redone since the coming of pas. Breathe easy EAM until you qaulify the numbers mean nothing just do the best you can. We have over a dozen guys anywhere from 1- 2 1/2 hours over everyday, the only ones that get any harassment are those 2 hours or more over and filing for excessive 9.5's. If they would just do the job and say they did the best they can nothing would be said. I am not saying to ignore 9.5's but the bottom line is they cannot hold you to the createds numbers they have, especially when they vary so much with different drivers on the same route.
