Don't we get paid before thanksgiving? (wednesday)

I checked my bank account and I haven't been paid today (wednesday 11/24). Doesn't UPS pay us before thanksgiving or am I missing something?

Are they paying us a week in advance? Or maybe I should say three weeks in advance because Thanksgiving pay shouldn't be in your check until the week after.
