For a DOT physical? Seriously? lol

Got mine the other day, what a freaking joke. Turn my head, and cover my ear, she says a number...................duh.
Good thing I know I am in good health..............I was worried about my bp being up, but according to them it was 130/80.

The girl who did mine stood in the corner of the room and whispered some numbers. Always made me wonder about what happens when I'm older and can't hear her...

I'm on blood pressure meds and the first time they checked it on my dot physical they told me to calm down and chill and they checked it again in 10 min and I was under whatever the max was but only got a 1 year card because I'm on bp meds.

Is it normal for this procedure to be video taped?
Last one I had, the dr wanted to know if i was ok with that.

I would not be cool with anyone videotaping any part of my physical.

My dot card runs out in December. Do we have to renew it on our own time? I assume we don't get paid for it? Do they schedule it during the work day?
