What an ignorant statement!

I've had a job there for 28 years which, one could easily guess, is longer than you've been there.

Sorry...I couldn't resist.

"No dispute here on the 10 hour rule". We are making progress but we must take baby steps.

24-10 = 14 am I correct?

14-1 (meal) = 13 am I correct?

So, once again, I will repeat my original contention that a driver can only work 13 hours a day if he/she takes one hour meal. Any breaks beyond the one hour meal would reduce the 13 hours available by said amount.

Sometimes, in an effort to appear superior and omnipotent, management will/can doubletalk their way into a corner and when confronted with such behavior will become indignent and attack an employee with statements such as "You need to get a job at UPS so you can actually learn about these things".
