I work the night shift mon-friday, i was told by a fellow teamster at work that if i work a Sunday shift its time and half no matter how many shifts i work that week. Just trying to confirm if this is true or not. i tried to look in the contract for info but couldn't find anything..

Details would be in your local supplement. Which supplement are you covered by?

In my building Sunday is the first day of the week. Contract states time and half after six day and double time after seven day. In my building Friday would all be time and half. Or Sunday could be time and a half and Friday straight time. Seen it both ways.

i don't see how that is related to the question .. I didn't vote. I'm just a 19 year old student who has no bills or any worries in his life. I was just wondering about double shifting..

Had you voted you would have known which supplement you are covered by. Btw, your covered by the Western Supplement.

Yeah i actually regret not voting, i wasn't able to find anything on it. I'll probably just ask a shop steward tonight or wait til my check this Friday.

Whatever the rules are, it was voted on by past members. If you don't like what you find and you're still here in 2018, get knowledgeable, your vote counts.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. ONE USERNAME PER IP ADDRESS. Doesn't work? Ban his MAC address. Doesn't work? Range IP ban.

Dear Lord this kid must just be straight up bored. Get an xbox or something little kid, damn.

Hey, I work in the same area, probably even in the same hub. To answer your question, you only get overtime after your 5th shift, so if you you work 6 days in one pay period you get ot for one shift and so on. And you get overtime after 5 hours on any day you work.

Where do you see the IP address of the post?

If people are posting from a work computer inside UPS of course the same (public) IP address will be displayed for multiple users. The same is true of the MAC address if it is a shared computer in a hub.

Don't play stupid. Moderators of forums can usually see the poster's IP address, In addition to what browser they used etc etc.

I do appreciate that you changed your picture from the gay porn/workout advertisement, to the Chinese symbol for Chi; much more indicative of yourself.... total BS.

I asked because I don't see that you're a moderator - so how can you assert mutliple usernames are posting from from a single IP?

So glad you like the Chi symbol better, it's my goal for you to have smooth flow of Chi through your body. Are you experiencing feng shui Chi leakage from your front door being aligned with a back door? Or closet door? Perhaps therein lies the relationship in your mind of strong abs and... oh never mind.

I remember it quite differently when I worked at the Portland Hub...overtime after 5 hours. The sixth shift provision is for an extra Saturday/Sunday sort. It's easy to get those confused.
