So frustrating when you finally get there and one of your two kids refuses to ride anything because she is too chicken, despite previous claims and no reasoning or arm twisting can change it.

Frozen Strawberry Margarita

8 whole strawberries, sliced plus more for garnish
1/2 cup agave nectar
3/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup silver tequila
7-8 cups ice cubes
fresh mint for garnish

Place the strawberries, agave nectar and lime juice in a blender. Add tequila and ice. Blend for 40 seconds to I minute. Divide into 4 glasses and garnish with fresh mint and strawberries.
