Driver in progression.

Today was my one year of being full time, I was wondering if I will get my progression pay raise now or have to wait till the contract is finalized.

You will have to wait until the full contract is finalized. The way I understand it is we are still working under the terms of the old contract. So any raises under the new contract will be in your retro check. Whenever.

You won't get any contractual raises until you top out on your progression. The progression is based on a percentage of top rate prevailing years ago, when the language was last updated. Your last raise should come in about 2 years, if you have completed 1 year of the 3 year progression to date. And then you'll get caught up on all the difference between top progression rate, and top contractual raise rate.
