The show Misfit Garage (spinoff of Fast N Loud) had on of our drivers
delivering a handtruck full of parts to the old Gas Monkey Garage location.
Thought it was kinda neat!
Kinda fun to see.

So let me guess, that's what everyone's PCM was this morning. I just love the demo this morning they screwed up and it took longer pushing it than pulling it. A little embarrassing I'd say.

I try to push it when I can, but with all the doors you have to go through you end up having to pull it most of the time anyway. Also if you're gonna go over any kind of bump or lip you have to pull it.

Try pushing a hand truck through deep gravel. Not happening. Had a CS maintain that it was the way to go......until she tried it. Common sense prevails.

UPS insisting the proper method is to always push the handcart always irritated me. That works in perfect situations on level surfaces but in the real world you have to pull it over uneven terrain.
