The morning clerk on preload is the one who prints call tags? Does that mean he would have access to do add cuts?

No. Call Tags uses a system called COPS, Add/Cuts are all DMS

The only part of the add cut program a part time sup can do is give the loader the sheet., except for that one part time sup who does all that full time sup stuff.

Since I've asked this question I have brought this to the attention of my on car sup have told him that if this didn't quit ASAP I would be making a 1-800 phone call. Told him this was BS. Not sure if it will or not but if I catch another driver doing It I will call the 800 You're welcome number.

No driver in my center would have the stones to try to move stops to my route without my permission.

I would like to think management would have second thoughts about doing it..

The 800 number isn't the number that matters to them, it's the numbers on their reports.
Just do a half assed job and put a hurtin on those numbers, you'll have better results.

Our dispatch is done by a PTer. We give him the basic plan and direction, he does the rest.

Ours is also. By the time the add/cuts are being done, he is long gone.
