You can't transfer unless your PT and your enrolled in a approved school in that area. Than they have to except you at the building that you want to transfer to.

Not all supplements are the same. Out west full timers can transfer between buildings.

I dont know your current location but there are 3 buildings in the area Phoenix, Tempe, and Mesa. I would be careful transferring, you could very well end up on layoff.
