OMS "Office Management Specialist" is what it stands for but actually there title were changed to PCS "Package Center Specialist".

The funniest thing was when they first changed the title it was at first PMS but it didn't last long before finally PCS.

Operations Management Specialist, actually. :knockedout: you don't know your own job title?

About 30 years ago we had a P/T supe that we nicknamed Toot. His paycheck went up his nose. In those days, supervisors could walk the moving belts. We were amazed that he never got hurt. We always wondered how he kept his job.

I'm not looking for compassion. It's most people's way to judge others.... I'm just looking for a simple yes or no answer from someone who honestly knows.

Yes,they test.Stay a preloader for the rest of your life.At least you will be able to keep smoking your pot and be happy.

Without reading the last 10 posts i will say this. At my location drug use is widespread in every dept. and at every level and boy do i mean EVERY! From every hourly job except im a hub rat and cant speak for package, and feeder drivers. But than again a childhood friend of mine's father is in feeder and he hangs with the ganja everyday. Supervision is just as bad if not worse. It is very sad that cocaine, opiates(painkillers), marijuana, and meth is on on the menu for my estimate of around 80% abuse in hub. This is my best analogy in my area of 14 there is 2 others and myself that might have the occaisional drink if that. The other 11 our on the deit mentioned above on daily abuse. But to answer youre question on drug testing at my hub the only one's that are tested are feeder roster. In my opinion everone has tried stuff but to have a produtive life and to make the coveted Full-time level at UPS get clean you'll feel better and wont be wondering "man should i try and get that job for more money or do they drug test?".

80%?
I would doubt that. while I admit I never tried illegal drugs, so I may be naive, If 8 out of 10 UPSers use drugs we have some real issues.
