No, not usually.
The system does not facilitate an easy way to do this.
We will take the time to do this with new members and point them to the Terms of Service page.
It is obvious with 99% of the posts that are deleted why it was deleted.
The other 1%, we take the time to explain in a PM/Conversation.

It's rather obvious and if it persists with a member, we do message them.
This has happened as far as I know with maybe 2 members in the last year.
As BB58 said, she understands it's going to get deleted and at least one of the Mods gets to laugh at it.
She had a very funny one earlier today.
I even complimented her on it.
