The rumor mill is that bonus will be cut by a % or completely in the next contract. Anyone else hear anything like that?

The fact that UPS is paying bonuses doesn't mean that they are paying more than the contractual agreement unless you are a driver. If anything, although we did get $6.00 over 6 years, it just adds fuel to the claims that part-timers are still just the floor mats, or the mud flaps, of UPS. As a part-timer I can say that most of us would like to have seen a better "catch up raise" but instead we will have to continue to watch drivers rake in the fat cash and recieve bonuses as well. Now after finding out what union delegates are making monetarily I can't help but think, once again, that part-timers are the floor mats. We work hard and pay these outstanding dues and get less than what we deserve for it while union delegates are getting "perks"??? What a sick and twisted world we live in!!

Bonus is not a contractual item. The company can drop it anytime it pleases.
