“Recently DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz has taken on the clean up role when it comes to Obama’s relationship with Jewish Americans. Not long ago Wasserman Schultz went to the Sun Sentinel Editorial Board to try and sugarcoat President Obama’s record with the Jewish community, saying President Obama ‘has a solid record on Israel’ and that ‘Israel has no better friend than President Obama.’

“It turns out Israel’s friend, Barack Obama, was caught making disparaging remarks about the Israeli Prime Minister when he thought the cameras were off. The bottom line is President Obama needs to change his tone and his actions toward our strongest ally in the Middle East or the RNC will help elect a Republican who will.”-RNC Co-Chair Sharon Day

November 15, 2011 @ 10:45 pm |GOP Rep. Allen West To MSM: “Stop Being Afraid of This President” Who “Is Destroying This Country”…

I have to disagree with Congressman West, the media isn’t afraid of Obama, they’ve covering for him.
(CNSNews.com) – Congressman Allen West (R-Fla.) called on the media to “stop being afraid” of President Barack Obama who is “destroying this country.” West made his remarks on Tuesday at a press conference in support of the TransCanada Keystone XL pipeline.

“It’s about time that I asked this from the media: Stop being afraid of this president,” said Rep. West. “Stand up to him and call him out on the shirking of his duties and responsibilities. The House Republicans are passing pieces of legislation, after pieces of legislation about jobs.”

“And here we got a president that’s gone off to Australia, playing golf in Hawaii, and you guys allow him to make this decision to shut down this Keystone XL project,” said West. “The media needs to call out this president and stop coming over here to the House Republicans and telling us what we’re not doing. We’re the ones taking action. The guy sitting at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue is destroying this country.”

November 17, 2011 @ 9:39 am | DNC Chief Wasserman Schultz Says GOP Trying To Bring Back Pre-Civil Rights Laws To Suppress Black Voters…

With the supreme irony being that the Democratic Party created and supported poll taxes and literacy tests.
(Floor Action) — Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz (Fla.) on Wednesday night said Republican governors and legislatures are purposefully pressing for the enactment of voter identification laws in order to suppress Democratic voter turnout in the 2012 election.

“State legislatures are attempting to impose voting restrictions that are the modern day equivalent of poll taxes and literacy tests,” she said on the House floor. “We cannot allow state legislatures to drag our nation backward in what is nothing more than a political quest to protect their governing majority’s interests.”

Wasserman Schultz said GOP efforts to end early voting is an example of this effort, since in her state, more than half of the early voters were African Americans and Hispanics.

“So do we think it’s a coincidence that that group of voters, which voted overwhelmingly for Democratic candidates, now suddenly has their right to vote on that particular Sunday removed from them?” she asked

Allen West: Illegal Immigration Could Be Considered An “Invasion”…[/h]
No question about it.
I think that illegal immigration – the operative word is ‘illegal’. It also says here in Article 1 Section 8 [reading from Constitution] that you have to repel invasions. I think that anytime someone is coming across your border and they haven’t been invited, that can be considered what the founding fathers wrote as an invasion into your country.

ZIP | Friday, December 2, 2011 @ 2:23 pm | | DNC Chief Wasserman Schultz: Republicans Can’t Win So They Are Going To “Rig” The Elections…

ACORN unavailable for comment.
Via RCP:
DNC Chairwoman Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (FL) says the Republican party is trying to disenfranchise and “suppress” the votes of minorities and other groups in the Democratic voting bloc by enacting laws requiring a valid I.D. at polls. [...]

The DNC Chairwoman accused the Republican party of not being able to “win elections on the merits,” so they have to cheat.
“They know they can’t win elections on the merits, so they’re trying to rig elections by blocking people’s access to the polls,” Wasserman Schultz charged.

Debbie Wasserman Shultz said today that the unemployment rate has NOT increased under Obama. What ? !! The woman is delusional. Couldn't post a story because I just heard it on the news.

Catatonic

Nine Lives
Actually the unemployment rate rose 1.9 percentage points (technically a 23 percentage increase) under Obama from January 2009 until November 2011.

Everyone makes mistakes.

It was bad when he took office and it is even worse now. Of course, he did not even try to create private sector jobs until he got his Health Care bill passed.

Gasp, he used the “I” word!
Via Allen West:
UNESCO’s formal recognition of “Palestine” as a full member is a backhanded slap to the State of Israel. This action fully circumvents the peace process with Israel. I vehemently condemn this action. There is no Palestinian statehood without full recognition of Israel and a denouncement of Islamic terrorism

20, 2011 @ 12:36 pm | DNC Chief Wolverine Schultz Pushing Class Warfare: GOP Not “Supportive Of Needs Of Middle Class”…

Then again, when isn’t she preaching class warfare?
Via RCP:
“And if they vote against a middle class tax cut and extending that middle class tax cut right at the holidays and they know that that is going to cause the economy some harm, they don’t want to be in that situation.
So the Republican Leadership, I think, can’t defeat this bill tomorrow if they bring it up for a vote. So they’re not going to bring it up. That’s just shocking. It’s outrageous.
It’s not letting the democratic process work its will. It shows us they really don’t want to be supportive of the needs of the middle class. It’s 160 million Americans that would face a thousand dollars more out of their paychecks if we don’t pass this bill

So it's OK when Harry Reid and the dems do this, but it's outrageous and shocking when the republicans do it? TOS, is that you in the picture?

| Sunday, January 1, 2012 @ 10:53 pm | Occupy Protesters Demands To Meet With DNC Chief Wasserman Schultz Ahead Of Iowa Caucuses…

Meeting of the minds brain dead.
DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — Occupy Des Moines demonstrators want to meet with the Democratic National Committee chairwoman before the Iowa caucuses get started.

A couple dozen Occupy protesters took a letter on Sunday to a downtown Des Moines hotel where the Democratic National Committee has set up operations.

The protesters say they want to meet with chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz on Monday to talk about putting the majority of Americans at the top of the party’s agenda.

An Iowa Democratic party official said Wasserman Schultz wasn’t in Des Moines on Sunday. National committee spokesman Michael Czin (zihn) picked up the letter and said he would be back in touch with the Occupy protesters.

DNC Chief Wasserman Schultz: “American People Will Win The Day On November 6th” And Reelect Barack Obama…

She is deranged.
Via RCP:
“You know, I’m a hundred percent confident that the people of Iowa and the American people will win the day on November 6th of this year when President Obama is re-elected because of his policies, because of the fact that he has brought this country out of the worst economic disaster that we faced since the Great Depression and the people of America know,” DNC Chairwoman Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) said on “Morning Joe” today.

DNC Chief Wasserman Schultz: Romney Win In Iowa Was a “Loss”…

There’s a reason her nickname is “Debbie Downer.”
(The Hill) — The chairwoman for the Democratic National Committee on Wednesday sought to slow Mitt Romney’s momentum as the winner of the Iowa caucuses, the first vote of the 2012 primary season.

“When is a win a loss? It’s a loss when you’re Mitt Romney, and you spent the most and only beat the guy who spent the least in the state by 8 votes,” Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) said on CNN. She also pointed out that Romney won less votes in Iowa in 2012 than he did when he lost the state’s caucus vote to Mike Huckabee in 2008.

Romney won the caucus vote by just 8 votes, in a virtual tie with Rick Santorum who had struggled in the single digits in polls until last week.

“Mitt Romney has come out limping from Iowa into New Hampshire,” she said.

Her counterpart at the Republican National Committee also appeared on Fox News Wednesday morning to laugh off the idea that winning can equal losing. RNC Chair Reince Priebus accepted the Iowa caucus results as a win for GOP enthusiasm heading into the election year.

“There’s no bad news here at all. It’s all good news,” Priebus said later on CNN.
