Employee Discount Website/Smart Savings website log on problems

Has something occurred with the smart savings website that has made it impossible to log on. I use this site especially for discounts for my Rockport work shoes. Since the holidays it has not allowed me to log on. You follow the prompts to request a reset of your password. The site supplies a ridiculously awkward password and then you are put in a loop that says your must log on from our upsers.com site which is what I did repeatly. To get site assistance you must call during our work hours. Any suggestions.
