If you are a cover driver/swing driver than just bid on a route the week before and when you get it you can be 9-5 on it. Doesn't matter if you are under 4 years. If they try to pull you from the route tell them you were the highest seniority driver that bid on it and make a stand.

I'm finding there are more than a few of these guys on here... Itching to insult and "win..."

Must be a depressing state of affairs for them.
