the REALITY your all missing is that our raise will simply make up for the 2% we ALL recently lost on the jan.1st 2013 when the payroll tax holiday ended......and went from 4% to 6%......most of you probably missed it from your check as i know most drivers hrs vary week to week.....as a 22.3 friend/t pre-load/feeder wash my hrs are the ALWAYS the same straight 40 hrs......and it amts to just under $20 a week....which when it was reduced i sure did up the contribution on my 401K....... and will up it again after we settle the new contract and receive a raise come august........

ATLEAST we get a raise..most other people have to take the 2% hit to there paycheck....Thank God that we are in a Union and get a raise!!!!!!!!!!!
