What is with equipment ordering? iSPAs arrived barely a week before we needed them at our centers for SurePost, EDLs are WAY behind, and now the WIDS refresh has issues.

Can we get the equipment orders lined up before we set deadlines for the local TSG?

open a TechCares case asking for assistance in starting the approval process to purchase new equipment. Policies for things like that are still on a district by district basis.
