Error sends wrong package to house several times - 9News

Friday, December 11, a UPS package showed up on Sonia Rhodes' door step.

She said she opened the package thinking it was the package she had ordered.

Inside the envelope, Rhodes found what appeared to be about 30 UPS employee pay checks.

The package showed up on her door step again Saturday, and the cycle repeated itself at least two more times with that package.

Hope they all had direct deposit.

Our checks are brought in from Syracuse by a feeder driver who puts them in the cab.

    I don't have direct deposit and I don't think I'm old.

    You have a grandchild.

    You are old.

    I am old.

    "Old" is relative.

Resisting change, like not having direct deposit, is a common trait among the elderly.

This is presents a very frustrating situation for drivers that have to face the customer.

After the second time it happens we have no reasonable excuse to offer and if most bid drivers recognized the pkg prior to taking it (again) to the customers house we wouldn't deliver it.

    Ridiculous.

    Brilliant.

Now we went from your definition of "old" to equating that to "elderly".

That has nothing to do with having a grandchild.
