I like that way of thinking Over. Still I put in my sales leads when I came to the route and that was it. They want 1 a month but I have no idea where to get it. I mean its a simple as this: I deliver to three streets. There are 35 individual businesses on my route. 27 of them are pick-ups already. Over the last 4 months nobody has moved, nor has there been any new construction. Where am I going to get a sales lead? I'm talking a quality lead here. I mean I could probably harass a customer into giving me a number just to say "I got a lead" but what good is that? Its not going to generate anymore volume. That being said, the sales lead sup. would be ok with it because it ups his sales leads number. He doesn't care about volume, he just wants his numbers to look good. That means sales leads, sold lead, and producing leads regardless of how much revenue they are generating. One last thing, I DON"T NEED ANYMORE WORK. Some days I can't shut the door in the morning and most days I cant fit another package at the end of pick-ups. Everyday I fill my truck with pick-up pieces. 8 out of 10 days I am dispatched over my range and its not just a few stops, its more like 10-15. But yeah, I'll get you a lead so I can pick-up another stop and spend another 10 minutes out there that I don't have. I love you too UPS
