    FedEx delivery drivers win union certification - Telegram

    FedEx Corp. drivers received certification as members of the Teamsters union, the first unit in the company’s home delivery network to get that recognition.

    Let the "corporate pie" be divided a little more equally so those that make the pie will benefit instead of just those that watch the pie cook.

    So, the article said that fedex will choose not to bargin. I would think that could only give fred and his croanies a little time. Would the courts order fedex to bargin. This could really hurt fedex in the long run. might not be much to have two terminals union, but it wont stop there. :thumbup1:

    ...or the corporate pie will trim the fat on the side, resulting in just as much of the pie being handed out, but to fewer employees.
