See, I don't think cops should be parking on the side of the roadway......much too dangerous. Yet I see them doing it all the damn time.

The Ground T/T driver was clearly the victim of negligence here and should seek restitution from the city.....as well as a publc apology from the cop.

I think the driver of the truck was mesmerized by the cop's flashing lights and drawn to them like a moth to a porch light.

I'm all for eliminating flashing lights from police cars.
