I have never been fired. However, when I was loading every month or two my sup would say "It is time for our talk". They threatened to fire me all the time but nothing happens.

No, we could run the place with half the management team that is in operations, we're management fat imo. They chase numbers and worry about reports that in the grand scheme of things mean nothing. We deliver packages people.
