Can you give me insight to the wage structure for ground fleet mechanics. Also, pension doesn't qualify for 30 years or 25 years? What kind of pension is it? I'm considering a career shakeup and there's a full time offer at UPS, but I'm having a hard time getting information. Thanks All!
