Did anybody notice that the UPSers.com Flexible Business Attire description has changed? It no longer says that you must be clean shaven, just that clean shaven is ideal. Same with tattoos.
Appearance
  • Hair: Strive for a neat, trimmed hairstyle. Clean shaven is the best way to go.
  • Tattoos/Piercings: We respect your form of self-expression. At work, it’s best to keep tattoos covered and piercings to a minimum and in your ears.

My son works in a professional environment and "business casual" today is not what it used to be. Most days he wears a nice polo, khakis and comfortable shoes. Suits are rarely worn, even by those in higher pay grades.

Business casual around here for men these days is an ugly patterned (usually stripped) dress shirt, mom jeans and brown leather slip on shoes....MAKE IT STOP!
