ths story is from Nov. but I just found this. I cannot believe this really happened. But, this is Florida, so anything is possible. Could you imagine your 12 year old calling you because he was arrested for farting in class? ok, he turned off a classmates computer, but the original "charge" is that he "intentionally" farts in class.

According to a report released Friday by the Martin County Sheriff's Office, the 13-year-old boy "continually disrupted his classroom environment" by intentionally breaking wind.
