I

If Hillary could blame Bush for slow vaccine back a few years, then I blame Hussein Obama for this fiasco. Quid pro quo !!:biting:

New York Sen. Hillary Clinton is blasting the Bush administration for the flu vaccine shortage

I also remember that idiot Kerry blaming Bush too.

Are these two blaming Obama now???

Für Meno :)
For me, it's finally available Friday.
Still wondering if I should get one or not.
But, travelling thru 4 airports, 3 planes (1 way), hotel stays, and many restaurants, etc. I think I should.

CDC Says 4,000 Swine Flu Deaths In US

Where's the vaccine? Where's our President? Why is he doing NOTHING?

the vaccines are produced by private companies, free market ,that sort of thing. What would you have the president do? Take over these companies and hire more workers? Should he and his family members work part time on the production lines.
I know you are from Mass. and hence are used to expecting the government to do everything for you but come one:wink2:

Actually, I just LOVE blaming Obama because that's exactly what the Libs did to President Bush.

If it was President Bush's fault back then, wouldn't you agree that it's Obamas fault now?

I know nothing and hence cannot agree or disagree.

The best way to stop the spread of the epidemic is to spread the awareness.

And for the peace of mind, I thought the following distinction may help you.

*Know the Difference between Cold and H1N1 Flu Symptoms*

<Fever>

Fever is rare with a cold.

Fever is usually present with the flu in up to 80% of all flu cases. A temperature of 100°friend or higher for 3 to 4 days is associated with the flu.

<Coughing>

A hacking, productive (mucus- producing) cough is often present with a cold.

A non-productive (non-mucus producing) cough is usually present with the flu.

(sometimes referred to as dry cough).

<Aches>

Slight body aches and pains can be part of a cold.

Severe aches and pains are common with the flu.

<Stuffy Nose>

Stuffy nose is commonly present with a cold and typically resolves spontaneously within a week.

Stuffy nose is not commonly present with the flu.

<Chills>

Chills are uncommon with a cold.

60% of people who have the flu experience chills.

<Tiredness>

Tiredness is fairly mild with a cold.

Tiredness is moderate to severe with the flu.

<Sneezing>

Sneezing is commonly present with a cold.

Sneezing is not common with the flu.

<Sudden Symptoms>

Cold symptoms tend to develop over a few days.

The flu has a rapid onset within 3-6 hours. The flu hits hard and includes sudden symptoms like high fever, aches and pains..

< Headache>

A headache is fairly uncommon with a cold.

A headache is very common with the flu, present in 80% of flu cases.

Over9 seems you must be in the wrong state.
One of the largest H1N1 producers is being very selective in
which pharmacies, clinics and hospitals get the Vaccine first.

I have several Doctors offices on my route who complain that they have theirs on order,
and are being told none is available... meanwhile I might have 6000 doses in the back of the truck(but I'm not supposed to tell this doctor where they are going, so he can tell his clients) I understand that.

Keep in mind the regular seasonal flu kills many more people yearly worldwide than this H1N1 flu has in the past year.

I've never had the flu and have never had a shot... its not a coincidence... placing blind trust in what some company injects in you is kinda scary especially if you are not sick to begin with.
