So there ya go. You voted for a president who cared about the poor. The only people who will be hurt is the truly needy. The abusers will just have 50 less to trade however.
Notice no due diligence done, just a straight across the board cut. The elderly couple getting 180, will now get 130. The woman with 6 kids will get hers cut from 1000 to 950. Who gets hurt? The responsible trying to survive.

The elderly have no recourse, and Klein, you need to sthu. You interject when you have no clue. I have only complained about the abuse. I have never ever, said there are not some people who need help, and I am all for that. So before you stuff your own foot in your own hot dog mouth, know who you are condemning.
The elderly have no way to go out and earn money again, as the disabled cannot. I have said numerous times, that those who had a choice, and made bad ones hurt those who need help. The woman with more kids than she could afford could have walked in a family planning clinic since the late 60s and got birth control for nothing. It has never been a problem, never should be one, and surely is not one now! If you cannot find your way to a family planning center, maybe you should spend time doing that instead of having sex. I do not think abortion should be birth control, but it is readily available also, and if for some reason the congress decides to make it illegal, it is a state by state decision, not the fed govts. As long as you can travel, you can safely and legally abort your child.

Our UPS wonderful insurance did not cover birth control when I was of age, guess what, bc pills are like 18 bucks a month, condoms less. I never had a problem with it. Whats the big deal? If you are ready to procreate like rabbits, take a pill, wear a condom. its not an issue that should be dividing the country, or an issue to run on. It really is no big deal, why all of a sudden is it? Dont want people in your bedrooms? Dont expect people to pay for bedroom activity. Personal responsibility. They want to condemn and tax people who smoke too much, drink too much, or use recreational drugs.......or eat at mickey ds. Omg, obesity, high blood pressure, drug addiction, well one of those gets you a free card, why? Doing drugs. being an addict is a choice. All things we all have control over, so if you engage in these, you pay a premium. How about people who have too much sex, so much they cant provide birth control. Give it a rest, its wrong, it is an elective. Keep freedom of religion out of it. Number one is the govt has no business in it!

I have never met anyone who thought their "living off government funds", including that woman with the 6 kids, as welfare.
Most people consider unemployment insurance a form of government redistribution of wages.

From what I have seen, most men who have gotten themselves into that situation are fine with the woman making that choice. Wheter it is youthful nonprecaution or marital infidelity, alot of men would push for the abortion. In such cases where the two are unmarried and the man is in favor of the birth and the woman not, quite frankly I question the man's motive. His choice to have sex with the woman in the legal world we live in has consequences for him and he put himself in that position.
