What does that mean? He's working the load... and busting his ass.. so by working faster, his sups probably over working him because it makes the sup look better, and in turn, he gets nothing for working harder. That's exactly what they want.

Nope, no more retirement routes. 
My route used to have a max of about 130 stops. The max has been pushed up to 140. Yesterday I had 158.

This might be a stupid question. But. If you clock out. Then punch in again to run a pickup. Does the pay remain the same ? I caught wind from a guy that's the second report of the day is double time ?? Don't kill me if this is wrong lol. Just over curious

Same pay rate unless going back on the clock puts you over 8 hours at which point you would be on overtime.

Yes. The premium for pulling a TP-60 is $.10/hr.

Is it typical to be sent home before your 3.5hr guarantee? I'm lucky to get 3 hrs most days. As an unloader, they send me home after my last truck is empty. Can I demand my guarantee even though there is literally no work for me to do? My seniority date is next month so I don't really want to cause waves just yet.

I think BB58 has this one right....he hasn't attained seniority yet. Once he does then you are correct.
