I saw this clip the other day on The Five at Five. Bob Beckel is an ex drug user and alcoholic...He said the guy is higher than a kite.

I dont think he was, I think he is one of those very animated people. I saw it before, and thought, WOW. He didnt look high to me, except maybe on adrenaline. Other than being very animated, he didnt miss a word, a beat, or a pronunciation.

I also would disagree with the drugs comment. The guy seems to have his wits about himself, he just likes to describe events in an interesting manner.
