How do I get a direct line to a someone in that office? For ONE week, I have received NO info from UPS other than package is waiting clearance from Canada customs and the Fredericton location is noted. Over the past few days, I have had to guess what the problem may be, have a Moncton UPS clerk say yeah, that will do it and yet the same message, day after day appears. Obviously, I need to talk with someone in the brokerage dept in Fredericton. Please help! I need brokerage for which I have already paid in advance $349! I have been doing all the work!
