Alot of freight road drivers are fed up with the use of contractors and going to work for non union lines,now how is that good for the union and ups freight? Alot of LTL companies rates are alot cheaper plus their drivers are happy for the most part, and thats hard to beat
Good, see ya later. UPS will never get rid of contractors. That's how they can afford to pay us what they do. One of the highest paid in LTL right now, second only to ABF. Stick it out and be in it for the long haul, it will pay off in the end.
