I'm sure most of, if not all of, that 49% was the profit that UPS had projected and didn't earn because of the economy. Calm down people. There's no need for the same doom and gloom that started this whole thing to begin with.

You wanna see the stock price plummet? Cut the dividend.

UPS is a good squirrel. There is plenty of cash, I think, to pay a dividend. I do not think it is a pay as you go thing.
